AI in Global Mobility

In September 2024, the RES Forum published a piece of research concerning AI and its (mis)use in Global Mobility

At the time, Artificial Intelligence was slowly finding its way into various aspects of our lives. Including Global Mobility.

As we move into 2026, this rapidly evolving technology has become commonplace, not just in HR and GM, but across the board.

With the changes and developments we have seen over the past year, we feel it's time to take another look at the role AI plays in business, and understand what it means for international and cross-border work.

Importantly, we want to know what you think.

Three Bullets. Three Sentences. Three Paragraphs.

As it becomes increasingly ubiquitous in business, we want to know what Global Mobility thinks about AI:

- What do you see as the biggest opportunities and the ideal use cases for this emerging tech?

- How do you safely and successfully incorporate AI into your mobility programme, for the benefit of the organisation, the mobility function and your international colleagues?

- How do you handle topics like bias, ethics and environmental concerns, and where do these sit with your ESG policy?

- What other questions and challenges do you have about AI and its use in GM?

You are invited to share your views and opinions as part of an upcoming research paper to be launched in Spring 2026.

Tell us what you think

Three bullets. Three Sentences. Three Paragraphs.

Or more, depending on what you have to say.

Your piece will be part of a comprehensive research paper, and may also be published on the RES Forum blog and LinkedIn page.

This can be done anonymously, if you prefer.
