Shaping the future of talent mobility
According to a recent study by AON, more than half of workers in Hong Kong are considering moving employers.
In the context of a rapidly diminishing workforce and a growing skills shortage, this is increasing pressure on employers to secure the best talent available - and then to look after them.
Thanks to an ageing population, coupled with an exodus of expats and a shift in expectations around benefits and remuneration, the war for talent has reached a new phase. For savvy employers with strong talent acquisition and retention programmes, these challenges present potential opportunities.
RES Connect Hong Kong - shaping the future of talent mobility - is a chance to reflect on these challenges and learn effective strategies to overcome them.
- Deloitte's China Partner, Robin Choi, will explore the barriers and opportunities to be found in outbound mobility.
- SilverDoor will give an update on the state of temporary accommodation in the region.
- David Enser will lead a Vision 2030 Workshop to explore how talent might move within and beyond the APAC region over the coming years.
- Then, Head of Mobility, Roy Fu, will run through Chanel's GM evolution.
- We'll finish with a roundtable discussion, where you can share your challenges and explore new possibilities with an experienced and knowledgeable group of inhouse mobility professionals.
- Plus, there will be plenty of opportunities for discussion and networking throughout this fascinating and important event.
